The carpet smelled worse after it was cleaned. We paid extra for disinfecting etc also so we spent a lot of money. We waited 72 hours to he sure it had dried etx but the smell never went away. Within 5 days we have had to rip out carpet.
I would like a refund of half of what I paid since that was for the extras and now we are having to remove the carpet. I called and spoke to a manager but no one has gotten back with me yet.
Your staff worked like a team. They were never on their phones, they consulted each other on who was doing what and were very detailed in their work. They worked on stains that other cleaning companies have NEVER been able to get out. They got in all the corners, all in all they were meticulous. As a business owner, I appreciate when I hire a company to do work, they employ the best to do the best service. I'm your customer for as long as you keep this quality of work and employee.

By not being truthful about your hidden fees & taking advantage of senior citizen on a fixed budget
John Perry got stains out that previous technicians could not! It may be due to new water used or perhaps he is just more knowledgeable

Carpet is old and he did a good job with what he had to work with.
The carpets are always fresh and perfectly cleaned and your technicians are professional, knowledgeable and very careful/thorough. Also, the lack of chemicals is great for our home and pets etc.

My technician did a thorough job, quality work, careful as well wth putting slippers over shoes, wall corner protectors, and the carpet did dry within four hours as he said would.

Very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning this time. There is very little traffic in my home as I live alone. Prior to the tech arriving I vacuumed all surfaces. I always wait 24 hrs to re-place the furniture to insure the floor is completely dry. As I place, I vacuum the area and then the entire area that was cleaned. Prior to vacuuming I washed the vacuum dirt collection bin and the foam filter. The dirt that I extracted when I vacuumed is unbelievable. I have pictures if you want me to send to someone. The only reason I didn't call back today is because it is so much work to move the furniture to clear the floor for the cleaning since Zerorez techs don't move furniture. The tech was here yesterday, Thursday, 02.04.2021 and this is being reported Friday, 02.05.2021. Thank you.

I’m very disappointed on the results of the bathroom tile grout cleaning and the shower cleaning. I was told the bathroom tile grout “came out good” but I couldn’t see the result due to it being wet. The shower was cleaned nicely on the higher areas but the bottom 6” didn’t get clean at all. Very disappointed. You could make it right by properly cleaning the areas that I paid for.
I already told u, no deodorizer as promised, a new stain that wasn't there after the cleaning
