Very satisfied

The cleaning did illuminate an old dog smell from the carpet from our previous owner. That was the major goal for this cleaning. However, it did not take out any of the hard stains. There are a couple places where chocolate milk or something stained the carpet in those remain.

Kevin did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond what was expected of him. He spent extra time on areas that had stains and brightened the dark, heavy walking paths on our carpet.
Kevin was very careful with the equipment and protected our woodwork and walls.

When the tech was completing the re-clean he stated that I had only paid to have 2 areas protected and that he sprayed the protectant on all the surfaces. I said that the previous tech was suppose to put protectant on all. the tech said I didn't pay for that. I said I want to pay for the services rendered. The tech called the office where they put together the invoice. I was charged $35/4 rooms. I paid it.
However, I could take a hand held spray bottle and spray protectant on my carpets for far .

The two technicians were very professional and worked efficiently.

Everything down to the last detail was fantastic! From the techs to the final results! Also, the changes made to accommodate with COVID-19 was great! 6 year old couch looked next to brand new! Carpets cleaned, refreshed, and brought back to new! I always recommend Zerorez because of every last detail that is put into the product and services!

The technician came in, assessed the carpets and went right to work. He was finished with two rooms and a hallway within an hour.

We were satisfied with the carpet cleaning portion. We also had you steam clean our tile and that was a real disappointment. We checked your web page and viewed the pictures and decided if you could get close to those results for us it would be well worth the $$. Sadly the results were rather lackluster. The tech said as the grout dried it would lighten up however the end result was a disappointment.
As far as what you could do? If you think doing the service again and possibly applying a bit more effort would make a difference great. If you are already aware that this service is a bit of a crap shoot then prob ot worth you coming back.
Again, we were satisfied with the tech and the carpet portion.

First the service tech (Dacoda) was very helpful in making recommendations. He showed that he really cared about us and how to do the best job.

I received no e-receipt for a bill almost $200. The agent took a wool hall rug for cleaning without leaving any record the HE TOOK POSSESSION of the rug and departed before I could demand the receipt.
