Would highly recommend Zerorez 😊
The result is always fantastic! I call Zerorez when tenants move out of rentals that I own or manage because the carpets are generally in bad shape. I love seeing the before and after!

The Gentleman who cleaned our carpet and chairs was very polite, friendly and efficient.
The tech who came out was not the cleanest. We had you out not to make things better not worse. The hoses were so dirty I had to mop my hardwood floors twice after he left. He sprayed the carpets with pretreatment that ended up on my clothes and on other items in my closet as well. His booties he wore in the house were dirty as well.
The total was of $134. As usual, the tech started with letting me know that the 3 rooms needed clean is actually 4 rooms and he would need to add $$$ to the price. The total area I had cleaned was maybe 800 sq. Ft. Once the tech got to the high traffic area I asked what Zerorez do to get rid of the dirt. The tech said they do use any chemicals so the high traffic areas are still dirty. So I went and rented a rug doctor machine and cleaned it myself. Tons for dirt extracted from the carpet and all looks good now. Unfortunately I wasted my money and time I had to take off from work. Disappointing to say the least and out the cash.

Results were even better than promised. Technician did not try to "hustle" me. He was extremely careful of my belongings, unlike a previous company's personnel. I found NOTHING to complain about.
The technician was nice and on time. I showed him my two trouble areas and he said they should be no problem. The one area (make-up) came out; however, the second area (water) did not come up although he told me it all came out. I tried to call today to ask if someone would come back out; however, I was on hold and no one ever answered and when promoted to press 1 to leave a message it never worked.

Prompt and friendly service. Everything was explained at the beginning and any questions were answered. The cleaning spray smelled nice too! Left my house feeling fresh! Tevin was my tech and he did a great job!

Technician charged me $130 and couldn’t get this stain out of my carpet. Not sure what I paid for. Definitely won’t use again

The tech called ahead and arrived on time. Very friendly and professional. We reviewed the space to be cleaned and did not take very long. Carpets look amazing and were able to get out a lot of stains I had been struggling with. Carpet was dry just a few hours later.

I have used Zerorez previously in another home and I knew that’s who I would call to clean furniture and all the carpets when we moved into our new home. Matt did a fantastic job cleaning everything!!!
