The tech said his fan was broken so it took 7 hrs until the carpets were dry and I could walk on them again

As soon as the carpet dried the pee stains from my dog on my brand new carpet lesson six month old carpet expensive supposed to be easy clean carpet carpet dried stains were still there fair price but I’m about to go to Kroger run a machine and see if I can get them out myself I’m quite sure about spending a little more time they will come out

Andy was my technician. He was very informative and handled everything exactly as he explained. My carpet looks new, smells great (orderless) and is soft.

Technicians are prompt, polite, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. We have used Zerorez several times in the past. This time we needed our carpet cleaned due our dog throwing up a very dark brown liquid in two spots on the carpet. Our regular pet and stain remover we always use had no effect on the stains. The Zerorez technicians had no problems in removing these stains as well as did a great job cleaning the two rooms of carpet we contracted them to do. The quality of their service continues to be excellent.

I guess I was expecting my couch to actually look clean after spending $255 on the cleaning. It still looks exactly the same as it did before. 3 of my seats are dark because we use those the most, but I hoped the cleaning would bring them back to the original color. I am a bit disappointed. It does smell better and he did get all the dog hair, which I’m happy about.

Be more careful with your price increase. Your prices went way up from last year. The severice man missed some spots which I noticed after he ledt

Tevin was fantastic as always! He went above and beyond, doing more than was asked and even dealing with a tight timeline because we had a reservation we wanted to get to. Such a great guy!

Originally, everything was fine and the technician was great. We aren’t living at the house, so we just went back yesterday only to find that the carpets were full of dog hair still (from previous owner) and even after paying extra for ab odor treatment, there are still large areas that snell really bad. We were planning to move today and had a truck and helping hands ready. Unfortunately, we don’t feel comfortable moving forward with putting our items and moving our young children into a home with the carpet still so dirty. I called and the person on the phone was unable to schedule someone else to come out or authorize a refund for me and said I have to wait until the manager is in tomorrow. This is all extremely frustrating as we would like to have the carpets either recleaned by Zerorez this weekend or hire someone else to do it right this weekend so we can still move. We are very dissatisfied and will not be recommending zerorez at this time.

My tech Andy Anderson was great. He took the time to listen to and address my concerns. He was very knowledgeable, and very pleasant overall. I also like that Zerorez is safe for my pets.

Very professional service. Carpets are always very clean and smell fresh afterwards. Technician, Ryan is excellent at explaining the entire process and going above and beyond to meet our specific needs.

Service was great but cost more than expected

Cody was kind, respectful, and a very hard worker. He really took his time, and it showed. Carpets are bright and stains are gone!

I still smelled the vomit smell on my area rug that my dog threw up on. The last time couple times we've had it cleaned for the same reason, it smelled clean when we got it back but this time we didn't get as good of results. It also took way too long to get it back to us. Over 2 weeks without it was a little frustrating.

I like your technician - Matt - and his ability to use your products and services

I was given a choice as to when my area rug would be returned. I chose 1:00 PM. This is important because my significant other sleeps in until noon. It was delivered at 9:00 AM which set off our dogs and woke up my partner. However, the bigger disappointment was the surprise $30 delivery fee that was required upon delivery. I was never told that there would be such a fee,How can there be a fee for returning my carpet to me? Why wasn't such a fee ever mentioned or included in the price of service? I was shocked when your employee demanded the payment and too focused on quieting the dogs to argue the point. I would appreciate a $30 refund.

It was all quick and easy. Easy to schedule, they showed up early and the room looks great now.

Your technicians are very professional and do a wonderful job! Our gold recliner was cleaned and it looks very nice.....better than expected!
