I DIDN'T NOTICE TIL AFTER HE LEFT THAT HE DIDN'T USE THE SWEEPER TO GET ALL THE DOG HAIR OUT OF THE CARPET. THE CARPET WAS ONLY DAMP AFTER HE LEFT. IT IS USUALLY A LITTLE WET. THE CARPET WAS STIFF LIKE HE DIDN'T GET ALL THE SOAP OUT.

I let the customers know how long it takes the carpet to dry. It took longer than the man said 4 to 6 hours it was not dry fully it the next day.
Shower and floor tile cleaning was not what I expected. I was not there to review before they finished - husband was Carpets looked great and the tech took extra time to work on a spot it still didn’t come up, but he tried hard
There are several reasons.
1. While the tech was cleaning the carpets he damaged the door, wall and molding moving around his equipment. He didn't even tell us what he did and just left without telling us anything. This is not professional and I am not happy with this at all.
2. The carpet do not look any different than before and did not see any significant difference after it was done
3. The walk in closet had so much moisture left that I had to replace the carpet due to bad odor.
I will not recommend anyone
Although I believe your products and procedures are very good, the Technician that does the work is going to keep or get you more business.
This last trip with Andie as the Technician, his work habits and ability to clean the carpet were very good but he needs to be more careful around the wood work as I will have to touch up the paint in a lot of places.
The area beneath the truck has left a brown residue on the concrete drive which I hope will come off with a pressure washer when it gets warmer
Zerorez is my only go to carpet care service. Great value and very fine employees.
I called and scheduled tile/grout cleaning. I was given a quote and scheduled. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the quote I was given was for carpet cleaning. The tile/grout was approximately 5 times more expensive than the quote that I was originally given. I did not get all desired areas cleaned because of the cost difference.

I am astonished at the new life found in the old carpet. It need not be replaced. The tec arrived on time, was professional and explained the science behind Zerorez treatment which was a bonus. Made me feel I had gotten my moneys' worth. Thank you Zerorez.
The company technician is thorough and quick to complete the job.
After my carpet dried, there were still yellow spots that still smell of dog pee, even after paying for the extra pet treatment.

Our first experience with Zerorez was to clean our living room carpet in preparation of selling our home. The carpet was 15 years old, didn't look worn, but had old dog urine stains. I tried several store brand carpet cleaners, but they only made the stain more of a dirt magnet. I didn't have much hope that Zerorez could help, but their advertisements were convincing. Andy Anderson was our technician and was very skilled and professional and I was astounded that he was able to visibly remove every stained area. We were thrilled and praised Zerorez to others.
We purchased another home and the living room carpet was only 3 years old, but badly spotted in front of the homeowners recliners and a track into the sunroom. We weren't concerned thinking Zerorez could clean this carpet just as good as our previous home's carpet. We had requested Andy, but he was not available. Truthfully, we were disappointed that Zerorez's cleaning method was not able to clean this carpet as impressively as it did in our previous home. It looked maybe a tiny bit better, but the dirty areas are still very noticeable and we get comments like " this living room just needs to have the carpet cleaned and it will be great". Then we have to tell them, it has been professionally cleaned. :(
It was a great experience from the scheduling to the cleaner that came out.
Our carpets and furniture look brand new again. Tevin was also great to work with!

I thought the carpet looked good but the next day one of the stains he tried to removed turned a reddish orange color. Could I have him to come back to go over the stain again?

Charged almost $120 to clean tile and it wasn’t done well. Found lots of marks. Sent pictures and never heard back
Ryan was very informative and explained the whole process. He told me what to expect after he finished on some of the spots that were hard to remove.
Very careful with the furniture that could not be moved.
