Have not gotten my order yet. Wanted to buy 1 gallon but told it was not available in that size. Previously had poor service from a technician. That person told me a stain could not be removed but was able to it myself.

My family room looked worse after the cleaning because of dirt stripes. I insisted that area be recleaned, but it was originally cleaned on a Wednesday and was not recleaned until the following Monday. I was not happy to have that room torn up that long.

The individual who cleaned our carpets did a very good job. While i like your product from a technical standpoint, it is useless if not applied correctly. Or one has a agent who does not care about what they are doing. This guy was kind and through in what he did. I would recommend both him and your company to others.
