Simple and easy high quality service.

We had a terrible experience with the guy who came to clean our carpet. He was in a hurry. The steps were soaking wet. I asked him if he would soak up more water out of the steps and he said no. He argued with me untiI I said I wasn’t going to argue with him anymore. There was a small area that I asked him to go over again and he argued about doing it again. I had enough of him and had my husband deal with him. He was yelling to my husband. I could hear him 2 rooms away with the door closed. He told my husband he wasn’t making any money off of us. I asked him to leave our house. I had to lay towels on my steps to get the water soaked out of them. It would have taken days to dry.

Our technician Andy was so kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the cleaning and he did a great job. This was our 3rd time using Zerorez and have been pleased each time!
