The carpet cleaning was done on a carpet that had never been professionally cleaned in 15+ years. I really did not expect some stains to be removed but ALL stains did come out which was unbelievable to me. The entire process took less than 1 1/2 hours for a three-room area.
This was an excellent job and professionally handled from the onset to the conclusion.
Thomas was very thorough, and sent us before & after pictures! He did a incredible job! Very timely, respectful & professional. All around we are highly satisfied with the care for our facility.
The service was very easy to schedule and timely. Cody called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and was very friendly and efficient!
I had a tile and grout cleaning done. There was nothing special or extra used to clean the grout, and thus, most of the grout did not get cleaned, so this was disappointing. Person cleaning was friendly, efficient and professional though. I have used ZEROREZ for carpets, so i would likely use them again for this, but not the tile/grout

I always recommend Zerorez to my clients when they need carpet cleaning. I do not want them to have carpet issues with the residue from soap and carpets becoming dirty faster.

Got those that are elderly, handicapped, have limited space, etc. Zerorez is not for us. Other carpet cleaning companies do easily movable furniture. I understand beds, heavy sofa’s but not moving chairs, ottomans, bar stools, end tables, does not mean cleaning a room. The actual carpet area cleaned did not even consist of area of 1 room. Therefore, I was very disappointed and will never recommend your company. I chose you on recommendation of Mach & Rob on the radio so will also send them a copy of this.

The best part is it's safe for our 2 dogs and cat to be near it afterward unlike other companies because of the harsh chemicals they use! Thank you for being pet and environment friendly

I can still smell urine on my carpets. I called and expressed my concern. The gal that answered the phone said she would call me back within 24 hours after speaking with her manager. I have heard nothing.
Money was stolen from my son's room by the cleaners. I am still waiting to hear back from the general manager but I continue to have to call to check-in and he keeps telling me he will call me.
The young man who did the carpet, LaRoy, was very professional, respected my home and communicated clearly. He was great. But your cleaning process is what I have an issue with. Lots of areas had dirt and most of it is still there. Recent dirt that should have come completely out. There were stains that I knew probably wouldn’t come out, but the dirty areas are still dirty. In fact, it all looks just as dirty (there are a few places that do look cleaner, but not as clean as I think they could be). Only now it looks like dirty carpet that has been wet. Streaky, splotchy and still dirty. Sorry. Your process of cleaning did not work here.
Professional, explained process.
There’s no fresh smell after the cleaning. And it looks just okay compared to other companies I’ve used. $500 was way over priced and I won’t be calling again.

The scheduling this time around was a disaster. It was scheduled for one day last week when an area rug was dropped off and the guy dropping it off knew nothing about it. I called the office requesting Thomas and she told me that it was scheduled for the first thing on Monday. When I hadn’t heard from Thomas I called the office and he was able to get over by 3:30.
