I had an issue with the first time they came out to clean the carpets. I placed a review that stated my concerns and their customer service reached out to me. They arranged to come back out and reclean the carpets. The second time was 100% better. They took the time to explain what they were doing. The carpet looked better and smelled better and the stains were better. I appreciate that they reached out to make things right. They will have a repeat customer.

Zerorez is easy to book, their technicians are prompt and communicative (and wear masks!), and they do a great job. 10 out of 10!

I had concerns about initial carpet cleaning done on 11/27 and was ignored for weeks. Rather than honor coming back out and cleaning what was missed the first time for free in the 30 day window, I had to pay again for service. Hard to get refreshment in 30 days when you ignore messages and calls until that time has expired. Poor way to do business and honor what was advertised

Tevin did an exceptional job! He was very knowledgeable and nice. We had our couches cleaned and a rug and so far we are VERY happy!

The carpets are not thoroughly cleaned. There is a stiffness like the pretreat wasn’t actually removed. The pretreat left a bad smell while the carpets were wet.
The technician was professional and nice and explained everything he was doing, but I would not use the service again because the carpets were not cleaned to my expectation.

Easy and complete service

My technician was fantastic. Right on time and very thorough.

Carpets looked great and dry time was minimal.

Tech was super efficient and did a great job cleaning the carpet in our space.

I was pleased with how the gentlemen did clean my furniture and carpet was after it was done. But, when I moved the one chair back into place a day later, there were 2 brown spots from the front legs of that chair.

Then the second gentlemen came and worked on removing the brown stains. They are lighter but please send someone to get rid of these stains for me.

Ryan was very informative & he did a superb job!!! He was friendly & explained how Zerorez worked with water not the chemicals other companies use! This is important because I have small dogs, I have severe health problems, allergies, & I am on oxygen!! In the future I would like Ryan to come out only! My father Terry Doppler is having you out on Jan 4th in Plainfield if you can send him his way! Thanks Awesome job & product as well pricing nest compared to other companies! I even forgot my coupon $10 off lol.
