We had water leak through the stair landing into our basement closet which we just found getting Christmas lights out. Also, we still have some stains in the master bedroom that reappeared the next day.
The guarantee was honored. The first cleaning was not up to the standard set by the last cleaning. The company graciously sent and other man and the service was rendered again. This young man was thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely ask for him the next cleaning. Job well done!
I think Zerorez does a good job cleaning my carpets. The staff take their time and care about making sure they do their job well.

ZeroRez performs very high quality cleaning and will stand behind it’s commitment to clean carpet without leaving soap residue etc. The well trained techs evaluate the type of fabric fibers in the carpet (and/or upholstery) to use the appropriate chemicals and water temperature to safely maximize cleaning. ZeroRez has equipment which is capable of getting right into carpet edges, heavy duty clean carpet and extract all cleaning solution, water and liquids at a very powerful and highly professional level. After using 4 or 5 other carpet cleaning companies the past several decades, I have now used Zerorez 3 times and am a very satisfied committed customer!
We still have stains in 2 rooms. The carpets are cleaner but not what we were expecting. Have used other companies and had better result.
Andy was very professional and explained the process. When he was finished I was shocked at how great the carpet looked because there were some bad stains. Definitely would use Zerorez again and again.

The rep that came to my house was very professional and did a great job on cleaning the basement carpet. It had a lot of water stains that he got out and the carpet looks almost new!
Nothing gets my carpets cleaner. Ozeroez has been able to get out pet stains and spilled beverage stains that other carpet cleaners had left behind. I love that I don't have crunchy, stiff carpet after they clean, The carpets smelled fresh, not the pungent smell that other cleaners left behind. They arrive on time. Their charges are no more than other carpet cleaners and sometimes less. They simply can't beat
I’ve used Zerorez several times over the years and they’ve always done a good job. However, this last time, we had an area in our bedroom that did not come clean. We had never had this happen in the past. I called to request that they come back out to re-clean that area and they did, not questions asked. The area in question came clean the second time. I was so glad that I called to have them come back out.
