I like the service in general; Ryan, the technician was outstanding, and most of all I like the results. He took his time and worked on our problem areas which he identified before starting.

I really liked our technician! This is nothing against him. He was professional, friendly, and did well. There are some spots on our carpet that are still there. He said they should come out really easily. I didn’t notice until after he left that some of the spots are still noticeable. The carpet in the high-traffic areas is still very discolored. I know the carpet is damaged, but i thought more of the color would return.
The tile is where I am most frustrated. Nothing was cleaned around the back of the toilet or under the doorstops. Also, the grout close to the trim is not the same color as where it was cleaned out in the open floor. I don’t know if the tool that is used doesn’t get close enough to the trim or what, but it is noticeable and doesn’t look right.
Everyone told us that our house would smell amazing after getting the floors cleaned and it didn’t smell fresh at all. For the price we paid, I expected better.
All in all, our carpets and tile did improve significantly, but the attention to detail isn’t there. I don’t know what to do to make it better. At this point, I won’t be calling again.

the tech was on time which is in itself is a rarity these days. It was Irving. He was prompt, curteous, and friendly. I had quite a few questions (since i am a new customer) and he was very thorough in answering them to my satisfaction. So far I am pleased with the outcome and hopefully will use your services again soon.

Zerorez is amazing! Their tech Ryan was professional, honest about what to expect (we have old carpet with some serious stains) and as usual, completely blew through our expectations. Our carpet looks amazing, pet odors are gone and he did it in record time. I especially love how they use little to know chemicals (nothing sudsy) and leave no residue. You cannot go wrong with Zerorez!!
We just aren’t satisfied with the results. We have several spots/stains that didn’t come clean. We weren’t told that they wouldn’t come out.
We are not unrealistic…we know it’s not going to be perfect. We’ve used Zero-Rez several times in the past and have been satisfied with the results. But this time we are disappointed.

This was our first time using Zerorez and our expectations were exceeded! Our technician thoroughly listened to our concerns and was very knowledgeable about the services that could help solve them. I am also amazed that we were his of last customer on a Friday and he did not rush to get done. Our carpets look brand new. We are looking forward to utilizing the other services offered by Zerorez soon. We will definitely be repeat customers!

First and foremost, my technician arrived on time. He only needed to clean the carpet in two rooms, so it took him less than 2 hours to complete the job. My carpet now looks phenomenal. Thank you for a great value and positive service!

I had heard really great things about Zerorez, so you were my first call when our dog had an accident on 2 area rugs. While you were prompt to pick them up and said they’d be returned in 10-14 days, I didn’t hear anything for over 2 weeks. When I called to find out the status, I was scheduled for delivery 10 days later (that would be 28 days after initial pickup), and upon delivery, I found out I had to pay a delivery fee on top of the $800 I paid to have them cleaned. The cleaning did not remove the stains— I can still see them — and on one of the rugs, the wool is frayed and noticeably damaged. I called to request my delivery fee back at the least and have not received a return phone call.

Thomas was very neat in setup and thorough. Our only concern was the cleaning process that left ripples in the carpet which took more than 72 hours to flatten.
