Friendly and did a fantastic job

The carpet cleaning was great. Wanted an area rug cleaned in my home. Was told it would have to to taken out of home and cost over $400. I could buy a new rug for less money. Will have another company come and clean it.

After everything dried, I found a couple of stains in the living room that did not come up. I found the representative to be very friendly and sincere and would definitely recommend them to others. The carpets did smell very fresh and I was overall pleased with the outcome.
LeRoy did a wonderful job! We had some really tough spots from our senior pet and he was able to make those areas look brand new again!! We were so thankful for Zerorez coming out right before the holidays!

RIPOFF service. tech didn't put water- based Urethane on wood floor.as described in your website. Tech did not clean our area rug because it was on the wood floor cleaned. slate and grought on kttchen floor not sealed.
Was in our home about 1 hour and the bill came to $266. What a waste of money
