The service received did not make any sort of difference. There were a couple of areas I asked the technician to pay special attention to. We saw no change in those areas. I can provide photos. Can someone please contact me to make this right?
Pretty pricey - over $1100 for the entire house with the pet treatment where it was half that the first time around
Carpets were clean, no crunch, no smell, and dried quickly. Super friendly service.
The tech was great. The product isn’t as good as my traditional cleaner. The several pet urine stains in the living and dining area returned. Also 2 stains in the master returned. While yours dries faster than traditional- my stains don’t return with him.

Made my carpets look brand new! I love the fact it’s just water used and not harmful Chemicals to get such a great result.
After a deep vortex clean I can see a visible discolored ring. I’d like someone to take a look and see if it can be removed.
Also, was told 6-8 hours to dry. I had fans on and it took over 24 hrs to dry and 2 days for some spots to dry.
Overall I am happy but don’t like the large ring stain left behind. Thanks.
The service tech arrived on time and was able to start my job immediately. I appreciate not having to listen to available product sales pitches like your competitors. Also, I liked the fact that he brought in a fan for the carpeting to dry quicker. That is a big plus for me.
The only downside is the fact certain furniture was put on starfoam blocks. I understanding why this procedure is done, but, without help, it is difficult for me to remove those blocks after the carpeting dried.

I could not have been more pleased when the same representative who provided the cleaning service in 2020, was the same person who performed the service on my recent appt. His name is Thomas and deserves recognition for the level of professionalism and attention to detail with each step on the work order. He clearly explains what will be done in each room and takes tremendous care when cleaning around items which could not be moved.

How clean the floors were and how wonderful the technician was!
Service has gone down hill. We use to get a pretreat, agitator, cleaning and drying. This time we got some pretreat, and cleaning. Before high traffic areas were like new. This time it didn't even touch them. For $185 I expect a better cleaning.
Prompt, courteous service. Very knowledgeable and explained each step to me. And I like the quick dry time.
