I was able to get on the schedule right away. I could price out what I wanted online. The tech, Ryan, explained everything he was doing. Overall, a great experience!

I very much like the no residue factor. My carpet is cleaner, brighter, and brand-new looking, and there is no "after-crunch"! I especially like Thomas, who cleaned it. He was very polite, and listened to everything I pointed out, and attended to each spot. The thresh hold to the kitchen was very, very dirty and he made it look like new. Thomas helped me move two items on wheels. He cleaned my blue chair and it looks and smells beautiful. He is very kind and thoughtful, and it is always a pleasure to work with him.

I liked that there wasn't an odor. It did take longer than 6-8 hours to dry though.
I had fans going; however it was a humid day.
My husband was not impressed how the chair turned out at all! He was NOT happy.
I don't know if you have something that would get the dinginess color out or not.

We had our carpets cleaned on Thursday and they are still wet in some spots! I will say the man who cleaned our carpets was very hard working, he spent a lot of time and did a thorough job, but even with fans running, the part where he did the "deep pet treatment" was still very wet this morning (Saturday so 48hrs later) and a few parts of the basement carpet are too.
The carpet was still wet all night in spots. We put fans on the carpet, I thought it would be dry in a few hours. The gentleman was finished by noon.. I know it was damp outside but we put our furnace fan on as well as 3 other fans..

Excellent Service!
Zerorez came out when I had a cleaning emergency and a small time frame to fix it!! The technician how came out expected exactly what he was doing and answered all my questions. My carpet looked so much better and was dry by the time I needed it to be. I was very impressed and will be using them again for the rest of our home!
Service let you no how it all works
This last trip that Cody just did was great. It also was a last chance for me to continue to use Zerorez as I like the product but I have had so much scheduling problems in the past and the last Tech did such a bad job, which I understand he is no longer with the company, that I wanted to see if the problems continued.
I made this appointment 2 weeks out and asked for early afternoon which I received a late afternoon but it worked out and was very pleased with Cody's knowledge and work effort.

Well I never got my rug back after leaving multiple voicemails. Now after finally getting ahold of someone months later you want me to pay 30 dollars to get my rug back. That I paid over 200 dollars to get cleaned. The worst customer service. I will never use this company again.
Please with the service performed to get pets stains out of my carpet. The tech was very attentive, through in cleaning. I will use them again as needed
