The girl who answered the phone when I called to say brown spots had developed after the visit, wasn't particularly friendly and her customer service skills needed improvement. She sounded like she was irritated. I also felt she should have tried harder to get us worked in to fix the problem sooner than a week later. She didn't do that until I called back the next day to try again and letting her know I had company coming and it wouldn't look good. The guy who did the initial visit was very nice and the technician who came out the next time as well. I wasn't upset with the first guy. I just thought it was one of those things that happens. I do love the environmental friendliness, but I also think the prices are on the high side.
Your communications are not good. I requested a specific person who had cleaned our carpet before. A different person was sent. This was the second time that has happened. No communication was provided to us of the change. We also ordered two bottles of spot remover which were not brought. Our technician said that some one would call me (dispatch) to make arrangements by the end of that day with a plan to get it to us...no call. I called the technician and he ended up bringing it by last night. We've always liked the carpet cleaning services that Zerorez has provided but communications are beginning to be a problem. You need to fix it before you get a bad reputation...at least that's my opinion. I will say this. The technician that did come did a awesome job! His name was Ryan Curry. He provided an excellent cleaning job and mostly because of him, you will be keeping our business for now. I will request him on our next cleaning for sure...so he had better be the technician that comes unless your company contacts me with a reason why he's not.

Very affordable and friendly staff.
We paid over $500 and there are still stains on our carpet, ottoman, & chair. When I called to express my concern, the staff member told me they would text me a number where I could text pictures of the remaining stains. No one texted me. I called back the next day and the staff member gave me the number to text. I texted the appropriate number pictures of the stains and no one has followed up with me.
Thomas was amazing! We have used Zerorez for the last few years. We have pets & kids, so stains are commonplace. Previous carpet cleaning companies promised stains would not reappear, but they always did. Those same stains do not reappear with Zerorez. Won't use anyone else!

The carpet cleaning was spectacular. The technician was able to lift pop and pet stains that have been in the carpet for years. I can’t recommend Zerorez enough. Simply amazing!
Very professional staff and company. As a real estate broker I would recommend Zerorez for all your floor cleaning needs. They did an outstanding job on our ceramic tile - grout lines look like new. Carpet looks great and the upholstery they cleamed looks close to new!
