Oil change and tire rotation are always done right and without much of a wait.
My daughter drove from VA to Atlanta for Chrsitmas and suddenly her car wouldn't accelerate and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. The manager on duty was very knowledgeable and solved the problem at minimum cost. Fixed the issue in one day and now she can drive back to VA in time to go to work on Monday. Precision saved Christmas!

I like that they top off the fluids in the vehicle and let you know other things that need to get done. They don't pressure you but only inform you. Jay Reid was friendly and knowledgeable of offers and options. The environment was nice and calming. Didn't mind waiting for the work to be done.
