Concise diagnosis and availability for repairs
The products are excellent. I have never had any issues with any parts or repairs. The manager is fantastic and will do anything to help you with the work on your vehicle. The service manager has been there for many years and I will always come back because you feel like a friend.
Employees polite
Megan greeted me and checked me in for service. Don was everywhere and was the one to check me out. He took time to explain a couple of filters that are not ready to change that day, but will be at my next visit.
I appreciate the heads up and that they were not trying to do more than was necessary. I walked in with the oil change and tire rotation coupon and needed my state inspection done. I was there when they opened without an appointment and was done in an hour and 1/2.
I come to this shop every year for my state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate how they run the counter and the garage.

I found the customer reps helpful, efficient, and friendly. I had to wait a bit for the delivery of my alternator. They were OK with me seeing if the existing battery would recover with a new alternator. They had to tweak the negative battery lug as I was leaving. The tech decided to replace the lug at no cost. He is great marketing for you guys!

They provide honest recommendations on your needs and make sure they address not only your needs but anything that they discover while fixing the original problem. Lastly, they are price sensitive and do not over charge for services. I couldn’t recommend a better repair team!
