The service was friendly and fast. It wasn’t overly expensive and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Much better than the experience I’ve gotten whenever I go to firestone. You guys don’t have an agreement with “Affirm”. I need you to get one so I don’t have to use firestone. When I can completely pay out of pocket, I come to precision tune.

The customer service is always top-notch. If you go in early in the morning for an oil change it usually takes about 30 minutes. That's just in case they don't find any problems with your car.

It's nice to find honesty and integrity in any business, but especially among auto mechanics when trust is paramount to the transaction. The Precision crew was great to work with. It was easy to set up an appointment. My car was on the rack within minutes of my arrival, and I was done within an hour. I finally found the team to help with all of my automotive needs!
