Honestly, in the beginning the staff had my trust and I was confident in their services and workmanship. Then, I began to loss hope after they had my vehicle for more time than I expected. And after they released my vehicle, I was even more disappointed.
Thankfully, when I returned it for what I felt was an incomplete job, ALL OF THE STAFF SHOWED ME THAT IT WAS NOT PERSONAL AND professionally handled the situation and process of elimination with my vehicle. They stopped to my concerns and went over and beyond to make the process a healing experience. I AM GENEUINELY GRATEFUL to John, Maddie, Mason, and most definitely Josh!
The technicians went above and beyond to help me when my car kept failing its inspection. I really appreciate that type of help and will be recommending them to my family.
