I like that the staff is always nice and offers waters while waiting. The service is always fast and they are reliable! I’ve been going for years and will continue too. Plus I like that they top off fluids and add air to my tires because I forget to do those things.

Ms. Tina from the lake Murray blvd location in Irmo SC even said to another customer how they treat your baby like their baby as in your car and I just thought that said a lot about how they value their customers- She also was very informative about ways to save money while still receiving quality service.
Brenda and team are amazing. Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Honest and transparent with diagnosis and pricing. They will even recommend another shop when the service needed is better done elsewhere (rare cases).

Today was NC State Inspection and Emissions. In and out before I knew it. The busy staff were friendly, helpful, quick, efficient.
They even took the time to explain the new NC vehicle license plate system to save the state $$: digital registration and no decal anymore for the license plate.
I regularly use Precision for both regular maintenance (oil & filter, tire rotation) and long term care (belts, hoses, filters, wipers, lamps, etc.).
