Mikey was very helpful, I called around to about four or five other shops before I called this one and they were either aloof in their attitude when they answered the phone as if it was a problem I was calling them or they were very indirect with their problem-solving and also would take days before they’d even look at my car. But Mikey, from the moment I called in, was very helpful and had an attitude of actually wanting to help and being very customer service oriented. Based on that alone, I decided to come to this shop. On top of that he was able to see my car the same day and then during the process of getting things fixed they had to replace something on the car that was not in market so they made it themselves. I would 100% come back to the shop if needed, because of Mikey.

They got a real good remodeled shop they were closed for a long time but it's reopened now but I still like going there and I've been recommending other people to go there and get work done I just recently had a guy named Randy Connor that had a Vehicle Issue and he's had them do the repairs
This particular location has a good staff and they get things done as quick as they can with only two people but I still like the service

We had traveled to Ocean Springs in our RV and towed our 1972 VW Super Beetle. Tuesday morning we were hooking the beetle up when I noticed gas dripping from fuel filter. When I tried to tighten the clamp, the fuel line busted and started draining gas. I was able to stop the leak enough to go to NAPA to get a new filter and line. NAPA recommended Precision Tune and told me to ask for Amy. Amy was amazing. She did not hesitate and had Hayden put the new filter on for us. Some of the best service I have ever experienced. They helped an old man out!!

I was able to get an appoint to inspect my brakes very quickly. I was presented with a through report out as well as having the service completed within the estimated time.
