Very polite and kept very good communication through out the entire process. Did not mind explaining things to me. I also got my car back very quickly. I would definitely take my car there again.
The technician was very friendly and professional and took my vehicle in immediately for an oil change and tire rotation. They even suggested to have my coolant flushed which will be conducted at a later date. I recommend Precision to friends and family.

It’s all about service and trust. If they can’t do it, they will tell you. I have followed this manager, Brian to another store. He is a hard worker, excellent leader, and gets involved in what’s going on. His workers appreciate him.
He also over-communicates, which I love. He could tell me that I need to add swivels to my wheels and I wouldn’t question it at this point. It takes time to have that type of relationship, but he has EARNED it!
