Your personnel were facing a tough situation with our vehicle, but were very professional in dealing with our repair and some setbacks due to availability of parts. We were given status reports as the job moved along and are very happy with the results. Cars, parts, and repairs are expensive these days, and you need the job performed correctly the first time. I always receive great service at Precision Tune. I have used the Peters Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem NC location for 20+ years. The Technicians are always friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems with the service I received.
They were very nice to me. They gave me excellent service and the customer service representative went over and beyond in helping me get my brakes exchanged and the right parts for my car. Without her assistance I would have been given the run around at the parts store. The car is driving really well now after the service I received that day. Thanks so much.

Before Brian was our guy that would go above and beyond to get the services we truly needed on our vehicles and not try to upsell us. My father in-law got me hooked on to him since this location is convenient, closer to our house, and my father in-law would drive a good distance to bring his vehicles to him. After Brian left we continued going back but things were not the same to the point we had to tried another place within the area. We decided to give it another shot. Now that Trent took over, things have been way better and I can honestly say him and his team have earned my trust. They serviced our first family vehicle we cannot part ways with, an older 2003 Trailblazer EXT. Since bringing it back to them when others were not fixing the root cause. It appears the vehicle is back in business for now. I've been driving it all around town with no Check Engine Light, issues with temperature gauge spiking while only in idle, and AC blowing cold sitting in traffic. Lol.
