As always excellent personalized service from Andrew and Guido. i needed a last minute tire change which Andree handled himself. I went the following day for new brakes , another tire and oil change. All of wich was done in a timely manner. They have a great team at this shop.

My recently purchased used car wouldn't start at work. I had already entrusted Precision Tune Auto Care with the pre-purchase inspection, and they did an excellent job. So, I planned to have them handle the repairs as well. I immediately called them and asked if they could tow the car or recommend someone who could. They suggested AVG Towing, who took great care of my vehicle and transferred it safely from my work to Precision Tune Auto Care.
Once the car arrived, Precision Tune called me and recommended diagnostic testing to ensure the starting issue wasn’t anything major. They performed a charging system diagnostic test ($75) and, luckily, found nothing wrong. They then tested the relays, replaced them, and discovered that my fuel pump also needed to be replaced (relay + fuel pump replacement $906.10). They got my car started and running in no time—I dropped it off on Thursday and picked it up on Friday. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were a pleasure to talk to. I definitely plan to take my car back to them for any future repairs!
