I went to the store because our back tire kept going flat. The technician Eric was going to plug it but after seeing the sidewall damage, recommended we get new tires. It was so late in the day, we waited for the next day to have Eric replace and rotate tires and do an oil change since it was needed. My high schooler relies on this car for transportation so he stayed to take the car while I had to get back to work. I was able to receive the final bill over email and pay online which was super convenient! Thank you for excellent customer service.

Trying to arrange for car repair from Mexico is challenging in itself. Shawn and his staff were very helpful in getting the repairs done in a timely fashion and assisting me with the pickup by our transport company.
