I always receive great service at Precision Tune. I have used the Peters Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem NC location for 20+ years. The Technicians are always friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems with the service I received.
They were very nice to me. They gave me excellent service and the customer service representative went over and beyond in helping me get my brakes exchanged and the right parts for my car. Without her assistance I would have been given the run around at the parts store. The car is driving really well now after the service I received that day. Thanks so much.

Been having service done here for 20+ years. Had transmission service, oil change, and tires rotated. Dustin did a great job taking care of things. All you need to do is call Felicia and she’ll get you scheduled.
