I really want to thank the staff in the office who deliberately will went through Beyond to take care of my pickup truck. But, I give the thanks to the technician Mr Zack who did a successful job of not giving up of taking care of a problem that did not block him to get my truck fixed. If there's any possibility for the corporate I would like to see something to be rewarded for him that he successfully did a wonderful awesome job. But I cannot let go of the staff who were nice enough to really help me and explain me every single detail what they were going to be doing. Every employee was so friendly and the facility is spotlessly clean. They walked me through and showed me what was wrong with my vehicle. They never made me feel pressured to service my vehicle with them. All around a great experience for such an unwelcome problem.

Excellent communication!!! Every time I take my care to Precision (the one on Martintown Rd), I'm treated with respect and told what to expect. They tell me what testing needs to be done, what repairs may be needed, and how long it might be before they call me with an estimate. I always get my car back the same day. Their staff is friendly, too. I've been taking my car there for years.
