Oil change and state inspection
We own a business and have several vehicles that need to be serviced regularly. Lenny and his team of techs are amazing! They go out of their way to ensure we are up and running as quickly as possible and their work and customer service are impeccable!
Attendant was very nice and polite. I was in and out with no problems.
The gentleman at the counter was nice and gave me exactly what I needed. He didn’t try to sell me something else I didn’t need. I felt like he didn’t overcharge me either.

Fast, efficient service. Didn't try to sell me other services, but did tell what work might be needed in the near future on the paperwork I was given at the end, which I appreciated. Answered my questions thoroughly.
When they were done, my car seat was exactly how I needed it to be! I'm short so I assume someone had to change it like they always do at other places I've gone to. This is the first time I didn't have to re-adjust when I got the car back. Plus the car was right at the door when I left. I didn't have to go looking for it.

Customer service is a top priority for me on almost any topic. I chose this precision tune location based on its employees and how they interact with me throughout my visit. There is a location about one mile from my house but this location is 20 minutes away. I trust the people here to take care of my vehicle so that i have no concerns or worries. This team does that for me. And for that, i am loyal.
