All went above and beyond to ensure that I felt valued, understood the mechanics of my car repairs (diagnostic & repair of A/C, ignition coil, heater hose, maintenance and to the application loan process for services rendered). They also understood the delay of picking up my vehicle. Thank you for being a lifesaver during my distress and money spent - Bryan, Ron, Bernice and the mechanics who repaired my vehicle. I now have heat again and A/C before the summer begins!!!

Precision Tune Auto Care is a business that I would highly recommend to everyone! My family member took my vehicle to Precision for an oil change. The auto mechanic noted that there was a problem with my brakes. Then the mechanic did a thorough courtesy inspection of my entire brake system. The front left and right calipers, front L/R brake pads, front L/R brake rotors, brake fluid, and the front L/R hydraulic brake hoses all needed to be replaced. When my family member came home she showed me the write up of problems areas, the parts needed, the cost of parts and the cost of labor. She said, “You really should let them do the work on your car, the people that work there seem to me to be honest, knowledgable and seem to provide great service.” I have never heard her recommend any motor vehicle repair place! We had major car repairs on my vehicle by Monserrate’s Auto Solutions last year and the prices were extremely high and the work was just barely okay. When they finished, the mechanics who worked on my vehicle left a thick coating of a black oily substance on my dashboard, my seat, my headrest, the driver’s side carpet, and from the top to the bottom of my seatbelt; it seemed to be painted with this black substance. I am still trying to clean my driver’s seat and seatbelt. I am not one to write complaints, I normally just chalk it up to experience and never revisit these types of establishments again. Precision has shown me that they are real professionals who are ethical and stand by their work. Yes people, good customer service and highly skilled mechanics exist in this area, they work at Precision Tune Auto Care! They are also military friendly and treat all patrons(especially women) with respect. The work performed on my brakes was exceptional, a 20/10. It only took them three hours to accomplish all the repairs to my brakes! The cost of labor and parts was very reasonable and my brakes work so smoothly! The difference in my brakes is winter and summer. I am more than pleased with their excellent service! We would also like to thank the patient and knowledgable associates that assist and explain every detail to the customers. Would we come back for future work on our cars at Precision? Most definitely! Thank you Precision for everything!
