The service was excellent, and I’m very satisfied with the work. The staff was professional and helpful. However, after leaving, I noticed that one of the center caps from my wheels was missing. I’m hoping it may have been left at the shop and can be located. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Service is great. They gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait. Also think it's great they do a quick inspection and give you a list of things to repair or replace. They also let you know if anything needs attention right away

I have been going to Precision Tuneup for years for oil changes. I was even more impressed on my last visit on 8/28/26. Had my oil changed and my brakes were checked. My brakes were checked without charge and were good. My engine like was on. I had just replaced the gas gasket. Chris cleared the code that had shown up and he recommended since I had just replaced the gas gasket, just wait to see if that solved the problem. Plus, it is the best and less expensive first step. Totally agreed. I felt that Precision Tuneup is completely upfront and honest. Before that day I had always had trouble with believing and trusting auto shops, especially me being a woman. I highly recommend Precision Tuneup in Pflugerville, Tx. Thank you so much Chris. 😊

Luke and Aaron took the time to carefully inspect my 25 year old Ford Lightening and recommend the needed repairs. They explained every repair it needed and proceeded to complete the work in a timely manner with great pricing! Thanks guys for giving my old truck a new lease on life!
