Every time I spoke with her she re-assured me that my vehicle was in good hands and that made me fell good. I really like them for being honest and professional. I would have give 10 but yesterday I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation, I made the payment and got my key. I started the car and noticed the oil change percentage was still the same. So the person did the oil change forgot to reset percentage gage if that’s what they call it. Maybe his boss did not check his work after so no one had noticed it. It’s a great auto body shop, that day they were busy and this shop is always busy anyways.

I only use the garner location for my needs the service is top tier. I am always greeted by such enthusiasm from their hands on knowledgeable staff that I almost feel like one of the team. Love the shops overall appearance of cleanliness and accommodations for the clients awaiting services. I came in with my truck last week for an oil change and the plastic stuff under my bumper was hanging off and they even repaired that for me. I always come here for oil change with a coupon online it's the most affordable in town and I know I never going to get screwed over.. the guys are always super nice the shorter lady that works there knows her s*** she is awesome ☺️
