Great and fast service!
I had a really great experience with this shop recently. I brought my car in after having issues with my battery, and they were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. They identified several safety concerns with the battery and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done.
I really appreciated how thorough and professional they were, especially because I had my son with me and making sure my car was safe was a top priority. They got the battery replaced and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
It’s not always easy to find a shop you feel like you can trust, but I would absolutely come back here and recommend them to others. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Friendly Staff and Great Service
I have been a customer of Precision for over a decade and there is no one more reliable. They always do a complete job and in a timely manner. Their waiting area is always clean and their staff is very friendly, easy going, and honest.
Marcus was extremely helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and kept me informed regarding progress. The mechanic who worked on my car (Matt) was also very helpful explaining to me what was wrong with my car and answering all my questions. Both were very pleasant and friendly.
I really trust the guys that work here. Ash is a great guy. A great mechanic is worth his weight in gold and these guys are golden!

Precision Tune Auto Care located on Langley AFB has wonderful customer service! I had no appointment and was able to drop off my car 8 AM that morning for a few problems and had an inspection report and quote for service recommendations by that afternoon (delay was on my part due to not having access to my cell phone to receive the information). Parts were ordered and installed and my car was returned to me the next afternoon good as new. I love this place!!!!

Unfortunately this last visit wasnt what I thought it would be. I was under the impression I was getting a full service yearly check up. Including a diagnostic. I was asked if I also wanted an oil change. When my husband picked up the car, all I got was an oil change. I was disappointed.
I will now be making another appointment.
