Customer Service, and service was quick.
I took my car into Precision Tune because my manual transmission was very stiff and it was almost impossible to get the car into gear. They looked at the situation and informed me that it was either a matter of replacing the clutch master cylinder or a far more involved repair that would cost more than $3500. The next day they called and said that it was just the cylinder and, while costly, was far, far less than it might have been. They could easily have told me that it was the costlier repair. I would have no way of knowing. The prompt, courteous, and competent service is a good reason to go to Precision Tune, but the honesty and integrity is what really stand out. I'm pleased to recommend them to anyone who values the sort of professional ethics that we often fear are a thing of the past. They're alive and well at Precision Tune Auto Care.

Carlos, Alex, and the rest of the crew are phenomenal. It's a breath of fresh air to know you're dealing with honest mechanics. The work is always top notch and I know when Carlos says my 1999 Rodeo needs work/something replaced, she really does. And they stand by their repairs. How can I not love my mechanic/Precision Tune and Carlos when I always get an awesome hug before I leave, and emails making sure I'm doing okay.
