I got an appointment right away. I was well informed of the work necessary and the cost. I was well informed as I waited for my car. Very knowledgeable staff. I was displeased with the price of my spark plugs, but I know there is very little that can be done about that. Other than that, great place to have my car worked on.

It's not about the products, per se. It is about the quality of service, honest and professionalism from Rory, Mike and Nick that is most impressive.
I have always been very pleased with the service I've received from Precision Tune Auto on Broadway. From routine oil changes to manufacturer required service, even troubleshooting problems that arise (shakes angry fist at stupid wire-chewing rodents) they have been very helpful and at reasonable cost.
