I always rate Precision Tune a 10. I've been taking my car there for 5 years. I've always had a positive experience. Staff are friendly and like to have conversations with customers given time. They are very honest about repairs needed and prices and estimates. They never try to sell you a service your car does not need. They are transparent, and there are no gimmicks. In addition, my car has always been fixed right the first time.

I was very impressed to look out the waiting room window to see 1, then 2 and finally 3 technicians problem solving together and helping technician 1 to fix a problem with the left side of my driver’s seat not moving forwards/backwards. It took them all of 30 minutes and a very reasonable price to make me so happy 😀.
