Went to the Honda dealership first, and was greeted by men in collard shirts in a clean environment—they said they don’t take anything after 2pm, so I drove here and someone was able to help me immediately, took my car in and diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and a few days later it was good as new. That’s the difference. One team was clean and put together but couldn’t help me, and the other wasn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and get the job done.
