Staff is very friendly and attentive. My dog always comes home happy and worn out from paying. They do many different activities for the dogs also.

We've tried several dog daycare and boarding services through Colorado Springs. Dogtopia is without a doubt the best. Friendly professional service. I can tell my dog truly enjoys himself. Most importantly, I feel safe leaving him with any of the staff. I also love that they have events for the pets.

It used to be a great place. Hazel loved it there until they started leaving her in the crate all day. The first time, I didn't realise it .when I picked her up she was Full of energy and reeked of urine. I tossed it up to she plopped into it while playing. The second time, I watched the camera . In a 5 hour play day, I checked 4 times and every time she was crated. I was assured there were no issues with her when i asked. I brought her the following saturday ... she hid between my legs and refused to go to the playroom. She had to be convinced to go. That's when I figured out what happened the first time too. I complained to staff about it and was told i would get a call. I didnt. I reached out to management 4 days later ,who checked into it and got back to me very quickly. He apologized, offered me free services, and assured me the staff member would be handled appropriately. The next two times I took her were good. She had fun and was tired. I took her today, dropped her off at 9:15 and Ran an errand . when I got home at 10 , I turned on the camera and she was in the crate. I watched till 10:20, then went and got her. I refuse to allow her to be crated while all her friends are running around and playing. That's just pure torture for her, and it Angers me greatly. She is an amazing dog with a fantastic temperament. She is even used with meet and greets. Hazel doesn't deserve treatment like this. I am not sure that I can trust this business with my dogs well being anymore. Its sad too because she really loved going there. I am not even sure what could make this right.

Always friendly and professional. Feel like they really like dogs here and treat them all well. It seems like they know every dog by name and greet them when they arrive. They also do great work when giving dog a nail trim or bath.

I have recommended Dogtopia of Waco to many. However, one who went there the other day said she was turned off by the terrible smell in the long front hallway. That has been an issue since Kim and Amy have been gone - it really does smell strongly of urine.

I have loved Dogtopia for many years, but the changes in the last year have been negative - high staff turnover means staff do not know my name. There are often lines to pickup dogs at 5-6 pm, sometimes 4 and 5 people deep, with only one person to retrieve dogs.

I worked in franchising for a long time and it appears the owners are not around much. The senior and long term staff are doing a good job, but there are not enough of them to make up for the lack of “adults” on site. I really hope the owners will understand the need to work IN the business to provide stability and leadership. Without them, the business is not capable of running well given the younger, less experienced employees that must be hired to match payroll budgets.

Our dog has so much fun there…getting to run free and being with other dogs and we also like that she can be groomed there also. Very convenient. Wish someone would open a Dogtopia in Mt. Pleasant.

I brought Midnight to your daycare maybe for two weeks. We reached the point where he didn’t want to go in and I had to force him in. It left me feeling bad about it.

Louis has come to You sove ha was a 7 month old puppy. It was a Dogtopia in Indiana. As we moved to Arizona, I looked for Dogtopia here and found your Dogtopia in Tuscon. It has been a place Louis feels comfortable, loved, deeply cared for and always gets alot of doggy attention. He also gets so much exciting play time with other dogs; exactly what he needs. I would not bring him to any other place because Dogtopia has been Louis best daycare since he was a small puppy ❤️

Love that the staff are consistently happy, welcoming and conscientious. The prices are great - even for boarding! The only downside is they don't open until 9 am on Saturdays.

Friendly and fun

The staff is wonderful and genuinely love their jobs. My dog, Rizzo, has such a great time and absolutely loves everyone there. I know I can have peace of mind when I leave her at Dogtopia.

I love the convenience, however after paying a great amount for the service one thing I’ve noticed after several times visiting is that my dogs nails are never completely done. Some get clipped and some are missed. It’s rather frustrating.

Easy to make an appointment, friendly staff

I really like how friendly and welcoming they are, especially how accepting they’ve been of Travis being a big dog. I always enjoy seeing their smiles when I drop Travis off. It makes me feel good knowing he’s welcomed and cared for.

my dog almost always comes home smelling of urine and has to be bathed frequently. it would be helpful to have her come home smelling clean and fresh and not just sprayed with perfume or wiped down.
