I really appreciate the staff who care for our pet when he comes one day per week. I’m so glad I brought him back in January I truly believe he enjoys coming and has made other dog friends.
The staff is so friendly and I feel they genuinely love the dogs they care for. The place is also very inviting and I enjoy checking the webcam when my Otis is staying there. This is the best place for my dog. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia!
1 - More consistent functioning of the Romper and Gym webcams. They are quite glitchy. (Toybox works well.)
2 - Improve the presentation of the email with charges. It's hard to read and often doesn't match the charges shown on the front desk computer. (This may be a corporate problem to fix.)

Bringing Roux to the DTC Dogtopia has been a literal godsend. Not only is everyone so wonderful with him, but during a particularly difficult year for myself personally, knowing the team at Dogtopia DTC is there for me and Roux has given me tremendous relief. Everyone welcomes Roux with warmth every time we go in to visit, people share personal stories about their time and experiences with him, and everyone is always super helpful in every imaginable way. I can't imagine my weekly routine without the incredible team at Dogtopia DTC.

I love the staff. They are friendly and our dog Bear loves them! They find creative ways to stimulate the dogs and keep them entertained. It is always clean and they stay on top of his medications and behavior very well!

I do think they should try to get to know your dog better and provide more toys to get them to come out, especially if the dog is shy

We did have a bad experience once though where you guys closed for a day unexpectedly and we’d been counting on you to watch our dog. It really threw a wrench in our plans and we felt there wasn’t adequate notification. We’d had a reservation and everything. That was bad.

We have been using Dogtopia for about 4 months now and it is the best decision we have made! Our dog absolutely loves coming in for daycare and always comes home exhausted. The staff are all lovely and look after the dogs well, definitely a great place to bring your pup for socialising or if they cant be on their own all day.
