I absolutely love the ease of drop off and pick up! Several miles away Roxie starts crying with excitement to get to Doggy Daycare! This tells me how much she loves it and I know she's well taken care of because of this. The staff is all amazing, they all love all the dogs.
Friendly staff. My dog seems to enjoy seeing the other dogs. It works out well for our family.
Love being able to tune into the webcams to check on our two hooligans!

The staff is very friendly and knows our dog. They all seem very attentive.
Very friendly and responsive staff. They send update messages on my fur baby and I can watch Clean environment. They are accommodating for my need and I love the fact that they focus on education, socialization, and exercise.
Easy drop off and pick up. Grooming services are excellent. Staff is friendly and I feel my fur baby is well cared for when she is there. Maggie enjoys the themed activities and treats. The calendar keeps us informed of the events and makes our family feel like the daycare is invested in the dogs that attend.
We are not fans of the crate. While I understand the need for the pups to have down time I would not board my dog there. There should also be more than one person in the playroom when there is a large group of dogs.
Easy drop off and pick up. We love to watch our girl on the cameras , while she is playing with all her friends .
The entire staff is super nice and very accommodating.
The staff at the Chester Springs branch are wonderfully kind and you can tell they are dog lovers. They are incredibly helpful with anything you need. The facility is clean and always smells nice
Our newest family member, Cooper the lab, has thrived since he started going to Dogtopia! He was a rescue so he had a rough puppy hood but by being able to go to Dogtopia his confidence has been reinforced as well as the love and fun of being around people who care about him in addition to his family. He loves his Dogtopia BFF’s and teachers It has provided additional structure and support. Cooper and his family appreciate everyone who works at Dogtopia Bearden.

The staff is friendly and loving to the dogs. My dog, Murphy, willingly trots into the back for daycare or for boarding without even looking back. We previously tried another facility that he absolutely did not like that also had people that were cranky. Finn runs and plays all day long and is just exhausted when he gets home.
The training the coaches receive and how much they know about dog behavior. The close supervision and not too many dogs crammed in a room at once.

I love the attention and care you give my dog! He loves it there. I have noticed that the Facebook page has not stayed as up to date. July’s calendar is still pinned on there and August’s was never posted.

The amazing staff!
Everyone at Dogtopia really cares about my dog. They make sure to know what he likes, who he plays with, and when he is saying he wants some alone time. In addition, my dog LOVES, LOVES, LOVES Dogtopia. There are times he forgets to eat because he is focusing on getting to see his friends at Dogtopia. (No, I am not exaggerating....) Please keep loving my dog as much as I do
Staff at Dogtopia Frisco West are amazing. They remember every dog and every owner every day. My Emma LOVES her Days With Friends.
Manager makes promises he doesn't keep (I.e.: forgets to put in freeze and cancel requests). Will do anything to make a sale and comes across as not being genuine. Clearly doesn't staff enough people, creating long wait times. Food is often leftover when boarding. If it wasn't for the care of the support staff, I'd never take my dog there.
I've moved. So, there is nothing to do get me back at this point.

Great team and how they love my little Lilly . My pup loves going and gets so excited when we get into parking lot.
The staff is just lovely and friendly! The facility is clean. My dog is very happy and loves the food bowls for lunch!
