My dog wants to go.. you make her feel special
All of the employees seem to care about the dogs and are always happy to see them.
Flexibility; great staff
The people that greeted us were very friendly. The problem is the set up. Our dog was there for five days and four nights, and after two years of being perfectly potty trained, without one incident, he has pooped ALL OVER our floor six times. We have carpet.
Not being able to go outside for an extended period of time DEFINITIVELY retrained him. It has been a complete disaster, and unfortunately, due to that, we will not be returning.
Thank you for your review. We understand how it may feel as though your dog’s potty training has reverted, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Numerous studies have shown that indoor dog daycares do not negatively impact a dog’s potty training. Dogs experience the world primarily through their sense of smell, which allows them to clearly distinguish appropriate potty areas from their home environment—even though, as humans, we may see four walls and a ceiling and assume they look the same. We also sanitize our floors twice daily to maintain a clean and healthy space. As a side note, this was one of my earliest concerns when choosing a Dogtopia franchise. I’ve brought both of my dogs here since they were puppies still potty training and have not experienced any issues. We truly value your feedback and are always happy to discuss any concerns you may have. 512-333-1145 Thank you, Ben

Most of all the staff who are loving and caring
You are punctual, you do not make my dog wait. You are well organized and treat my dog with love. The quality of the service is good. Thank you!
Yet again, I am being diss appointed by Dogtopia this year. After all the issues earlier this year I thought that everything has been resolved. But I should’ve known when my Complimentary days disappeared that there was still issues going on. On December 6th I handed in the enrollment cancellation form, I gave my advanced notice and figured that Dec 23rd would be my last week for enrollment as the form mention 2 weeks are needed before the enrollment is cancelled. It’s now been 3 weeks and I was charged enrollment on Monday Dec 29th. I have called 2 days in a row leaving messages to discuss this and I’ve received no answered. I will be calling for a third time today (Dec 31st) to try and clear this matter up. I’ve already had to fight to resolve the complimentary days, which Don resolved by giving me the referral cards as my days back. Dogtopia needs to have a function on their app where Pet Parents can visibly see the complimentary days they have and be able to auto select when to use it so it makes it easier for the staff at check out. I think that it is absolutely absurd that I having to fill out another feedback survey negatively again. Please someone contact me about enrollment. I did my job and gave notice, now it’s your turn to give me my money back and cancel it.

I love the entire set up and staff but would only recommend to friends who can afford it.
The staff is very knowledgeable and kind.
I like being able to watch my dog on the cameras.

Where do I begin? Dogtopia Towson, well really the employees, have all become family to Ruby Roo. Everyone on the staff is kind, helpful, and they all make sure to tell me about Roo's daily adventures. All the staff work together as a team. I absolutely love them there. Being at Dogtopia Towson has strengthened the relationship between Roo and I and she's learned so much there. She loves going to "daycare" and I'm so grateful when she's there they love having her. Not only do I love Dogtopia Towson but I continously recommend going there to friends and family.
