I’ve always wanted a Trek bike but always gotten talked out of it by the store I was at. I decided for my retirement I wanted a Trek bicycle to get back into shape after knee replacement surgery. I was looking for a color that matched my car & truck, but in the model I wanted FX it wasn’t available. I searched your website willing to travel but no one had it. I walked into my local store Rogue Cycles in Rockville Center NY & walked out with a blue Gen 3 FX 3! They were awesome! My wife & I found your riding app & have completed the 4 on the 4th and are looking to qualify for mileage runs as well!
I have been converted to a loyal customer! Keep up the good work!

I love Trek as a company, has aged my health.

But this question might be about the website.
If so…..
I like the videos on learning, whether a how-to or just learning something about bikes.
Some videos on teaching riding techniques could be helpful.

I wish you had a better line of shirts, hoodies, hats, etc. and just regular Trek logos. I would wear those and promote the brand. I don’t love the choices you have in general, think y’all can do better.

But I really love the company overall, and the people who work in the North Raleigh store but really all the folks in the North Carolina Triangle stores. The service, sales and the rides.

I love everything about tge TREK experience

It was good. I learned that if you see a bike you like buy it cause it will be gone. I got lucky. Love the bike. I had a raleigh road bike for many years. I plan on buying another Trek for the wife next year. Keep up the great work you guys do. Also the Corpus Christi Trek Shop people were awesome in helping me choose the right bike for me.

I love the trek bikes as I have 2 mountain trek bike that I had purchases 15 years ago and is still in use. THe FX2s is pretty good for me to use as now I ma able (due to my age) can get over hills better.
