We were looking for a Domane+ for the wife. Tried to save some money but still wanted to get the outstanding Trek warranty. Looked at their Red Barn Refresh offering and found a terrific deal on an awesome bike. The Domane+ SLR is super comfortable with precise shifting with DI2. The value offered was solid. Oh, the bike arrived super well packed. A+++ all the way around. Well done Trek!

This is the third Trek bike I've purchased (Madone SLR7 AXS, Checkpoint SLR7 AXS and now Farley 9 Winter Edition). My first time using direct to home shipping and I'm thoroughly impressed. I will strictly use this form of delivery here on out. From the way the bike was packaged and protected, the included torque drivers and tool set, ease of assembly, and phenomenal instructions supported by online video and documentation made setup a breeze. From time of delivery to embarking on the first ride was a little under an hours time!
The bike was delivered 95% built, I just had to mount the handlebars, adjust the seat height, inflate the tires and mount the front rack. Everything was perfect out of the box, gears indexed and shifting perfectly, brakes properly centered and bled, tires and tubes mounted on the wheels, and all necessary threads came greased and ready for install. Just for piece of mind I insured all the factory installed hardware and bolts were torqued to spec and didn't find one out of spec.
I'd like to thank the technician who did a beautiful job preparing, packaging and assembling my Farley! I look forward to many adventures, memories and miles i will enjoy on my new bike!

I love the Red Barn used bike program. It’s one of the reasons I ended up purchasing a Trek mountain bike. I feel more secure and have more confidence in purchasing a bike to the red barn program rather than from one of the online used bike websites. Especially with the 30 day no questions return policy, it makes it a no-brainer. The customer support number I called with questions was absolutely fabulous with helpful advice and encouragement. Also the two trek bike retail stores that I went into were also supportive and very helpful in selecting the correct bike for my needs and didn’t try to push me into buying a new bike instead - which I couldn’t afford.
Lo was very helpful and patient with me. She understood my issue and gave me couple of options for me to choose from to resolve the issue. I had an AWESOME buying experience with Trek Bikes!
