I’m happy with my purchase price. Somewhat disappointed that both bikes were damaged due to inappropriate packaging. They had damage which has delayed my delivery date.

We tested our selected e-bikes and liked the bikes. We were able to take advantage of your sales price by ordering on line and having bike delivered to a trek cycle shop a half mile from our home. The cycle shop built bikes and we were able to pick up ready to ride. Cycle shop demonstrated the bikes and answered all of our questions,

My bike I was ordered home delivery was unexpected damaged during delivery, Trek support react immediately and solve everything real quick, personal thanks to Brian, as my bike was at closeout 2025 model and there was no replacement, Brian suggest replace with 2026 with no charge for me. I was so glad and now I have a perfect bike and Bday gift for my wife! Thank you Trek! Highly recommend!
