Just bought our third pair of Trek bikes. We went from road bikes to cruisers to pedal assist e-bikes over nearly 3 decades. At 70, I’m not sure which Treks we’ll ride text time we upgrade.

I’ve never felt cheated or hustled dealing with Trek.

I have received good support from the chat system when I chose my last bike and when it came to picking out a system for transmitting information to my cyclometer. Additionally, I had a quick return when I ordered a seat bag that was too small and quickly got a larger option.

Staff at Lake Grove (especially Trevor) are always friendly. Although some are not as familiar with products as Trevor, they all try to help. Also, quick delivery for store pickup from online orders.

Trek’s website is very well designed and dialed in my experience. One thing I did find a little distracting was the 10% off pop window. I’d save it for the checkout page. Otherwise, very pleasant experience. You can find everything you need (whether information or product) in one place which is very convenient. I have had at least one Trek bike in my garage for 30 years. They are reliable and well designed. Infrequent repairs are easy.

Trek bikes are of great quality and never had any problems with any of them. Love my SL7 Domane. Orders parts and clothing and the service was always excellent.
