Everything went great as far as shipping and picking up the bike. My only concern is the bike is just a little bit too big. I have a medium 4 year old verve 3 right now but I wanted a step through and the one I bought is a large. Still not sure if I can make it work safely

Solid customer service staff who was patient and kind. Easy website with option to buy direct and assemble yourself, or support local and have it assembled for you. Price wasn't super impressive or amy great deal to write home about, but I know the quality is there with Trek and they offer an awesome starter bike for 20" mtb kids ready to start ripping with Mom and dad.
Everything was easy to process and experience was very easy.
My transaction was so simple. I needed a motor armor for my Powerfly 5. I called the Trek store to see if they had one in stock, which they did not. The salesperson told me I’d get it faster if I ordered it off the website than if he ordered it to the store, and told me they were actually offering free shipping at the time.
I looked it up online and thought I had the correct one and he confirmed it was the right one for my bike. It arrived at my home within just a few days. He was very helpful!
Very happy with my TREK bike (e-bike). I ride 4 days per week 25 miles per day on the bike trail. Only use assist mode if necessary which is very rarely. I’ve owned and rode my bike for two years. I have maintenance performed yearly at my TREK dealer. My dealer is also available to answer any questions I have about the bike this is something I value. My dealer is exceptional. I’ve never had any issues with my bike. Smooth ride easy to change gears etc. As someone who has worked in Quality Assurance their entire career of 34 years I did my research before buying. This is what led me to purchase TREK. The TREK website offers gear/accessories for your bike and also apparel, the website is easy to maneuver and the product arrives as promised. I’ve never had an issue with a shipment being sent to myself or to my dealer for pick up which is free of charge. I highly recommend.

Only negative:
I work for a manufacturer, we are very careful not to sell directly to the end user, it doesn't sit well with all of the distributors when the manufacturer becomes their competitor. Not sure how Trek navigates those waters. I personally don't rely on my local bike shop for very much, but it is a shame to see store front businesses slowly disappearing.
The service was really awesome. The man who helped me was a UC Davis Alumni and such a nice person. If only service was like this every where. What a nice experience.

I received the parts I was after. Although the part has not changed, I do believe the engineers would do the people a favor by offering longer strap lengths for the Ion 100 and red flasher as handlebars and seat posts often have larger than normal circumferences. I am sure the company has heard of aero-everything, these days. Thanks.
