Ease of ordering part that I needed. However, part was a low cost item and paying for shipping was not feasible so I had to have it shipped to a bike store and picked it up there. Free shipping would have been nice.

It’s a fantastic all-around bike. It does it all from being a basic bike to a pedal assist to an all out full throttle. I’m currently rehabbing from surgery on my ankle and this bike has come in very handy. I do all my errands as well as go on adventures. It’s easy to use and has a great price point. I highly recommend trek bikes, and this particular electric bike (Trek FX+1).

I bought a shock absorber type seat post and it was shipped promptly. After adjusting the post and a few trial rides, I think it reduces the shocks to my butt by about 80%. That is great especially since the seat post is so inexpensive. My bike is a Townie Go.
