The employees were very helpful in fitting me and I was able to order online to get the shoes I needed. I have used their service department numerous times for tuneups and general maintenance and am very pleased.

Chris spent days trying to help me source an extremely rare vintage part, when one didn't fit he would send another. He took it in stride when my frustration started to show. And then, he ultimately sent me a part that had been sitting in his PERSONAL TOOLBOX, and it was the one! The dude would be the King of India if he went there to train their phone rooms.
