Ease of ordering part that I needed. However, part was a low cost item and paying for shipping was not feasible so I had to have it shipped to a bike store and picked it up there. Free shipping would have been nice.

Bike was better than described! Bike was packed extremely well and well protected during shipping, directions were well laid out and bike was easy to assemble. I reached out to customer service for a few questions prior to ordering and they were extremely knowledgeable and provided great insight into the bikes I was looking at. It’s a fantastic all-around bike. It does it all from being a basic bike to a pedal assist to an all out full throttle. I’m currently rehabbing from surgery on my ankle and this bike has come in very handy. I do all my errands as well as go on adventures. It’s easy to use and has a great price point. I highly recommend trek bikes, and this particular electric bike (Trek FX+1).

I bought a shock absorber type seat post and it was shipped promptly. After adjusting the post and a few trial rides, I think it reduces the shocks to my butt by about 80%. That is great especially since the seat post is so inexpensive. My bike is a Townie Go.
