This is the second time I have ordered parts from Trek directly. I have a schematic of my 2011 Superfly that has been rebuilt with modern components. The staff here always finds me what I need.
I had ordered a 26” free wheel to replace a damaged one. The online cost with shipping was reasonable. I was issued a tracking number which allowed me to view where my order was every step of the way. I use the new wheel every day on my morning bike rides and it serves its purpose well.
