My Trek was a great process in getting my next bike!!!

I was recommended Trex by a friend. I needed bike shorts for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, the shorts were larger than the size guide measurements, yet the inner padded liner fit perfectly. I looked up the order and saw that my sale price which was delivered quickly was reduced further. I contacted Trex about the situation. I would be willing to keep the shorts and just use the liner if they would be willing to give me the current sale price rather than bother with the expense of returning them. Trex went even further to fully refund and let me keep the shorts! Awesome.

I suggested to Trex as I see other now doing this, is to list the actual garment measurements along with the size guide. This may help with preventing returns. It seems with cloths being made all over the world, standards vary greatly.

I will certainly look towards Trex again for my bike needs.
