I called customer service and spoke to Skip, not only did he listen, he went above and beyond to get me the correct item, he actually listened to me and understood what I was saying, which was very refreshing in the world of customer service, These days. Trek Bikes has the best customer service in store. I visited the Santa Clarita location, and very friendly and helpful.
Trek products are high-quality, the designs and colors are amazing, and the staff is always kind, honest and friendly. Go ng to a Trek a tire always feels like going into your local bike shop. I have two stores I go to all the time, Trek Georgetown and Rockville. Both are great.
