Although my wife purchased her bike from Trek online, we still got outstanding service from the Trek outlet in Peachtree City, GA, that assembled it. Trey Hair in particular, a Sales & Service rep, went above and beyond despite the fact that our online purchase probably cost him a little margin! We had met Trey initially when looking at the different options for my wife, a first-time bike rider, at the store. He greeted us with a smile and congratulated my wife on the purchase, readjusting the seat and handlebars to ensure proper fit, then spent a good 15 minutes with us in the parking lot to make sure our new Saris Bones 3 bike rack was correctly installed on our spoiler-kitted Subaru Forester, showing us how to hook up the new-model hatch huggers we'd purchased from the shop. That kind of customer service creates the loyalty that bring people back to Trek. Kudos to Trey -- Trek PTC is lucky to have him!

My experience started with an order for a helmet for my 8 year old grandson. I placed the order because Consumer Reports had rated that particular helmet very highly. Within hours I received a cancellation email. I got in touch with your customer service who explained that unfortunately your ordering system inventory numbers do not always jive with actual inventory counts. Bad news! However, he then helped me to find a couple of other very good options. I decided, placed a new order, and the helmet was delivered very quickly thereafter. HE LOVES HIS NEW HELMET!!! Thank you very much!
