The ease of ordering direct online and having a local shop assemble the bike for me were key! I also love that Trek has been around for a very long time so just the name 'TREK' was enough for me to choose a bike that would suit my needs, I did look at a few other name brands but I loved everything about TREK.

The shop did a great job setting up my new carbon Stache frame. I had them move all components from the aluminum frame, including a few new components. They serviced the fork and made sure everything was running smoothly. After two rides, everything is great.
