Easy to find the right size and style bike I wanted. Although there was a failure to send a shifter charger with the bike, customer support remedied it by sending one to me.

At first I wasn’t sure about it as it was difficult to place my order, then when order arrived only 2 of the 6 items were present in the order. It was a holiday weekend and couldn’t reach customer service right away so I was a little stressed. However to my surprise the customer service right away rep dealt with my problem right away and sent me a replacement order. I was thankful for the easy to deal with service and as always the quality of the TREK brand. I’m very pleased with this online service and will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I needed a pair of cycling shoes and couldn't find a pair I liked out of the very limited offering at the bike shops in my area. Was absolutely wowed by the large selection I found at the Trek website & the reasonable prices. I picked a pair; ordering was easy; delivery was quick; and the shoes (Bontrager) were good quality and a great fit.
