We ordered our bikes to be delivered and assembled at our local Ace Hardware store. What a fun experience to have an expert make sure things like the seat and handlebars were positioned just right for our individual comfort. We took our bikes home feeling confident that they were ready to go.

I've taken my Townie all over town and love the smooth ride. Being able to put my feet on the ground while sitting on the seat has made me feel in control, and being able to sit up straight without putting pressure on my wrists has made riding a bike enjoyable once again.

While the selection was limited, I got exactly what I wanted, the bike, while pre-owned looked brand new. Shipping was on time and the bike carefully packed with the tools I needed to assemble it. Assembly was a breeze with the included instructions, it took about 30 minutes and my bike was ready to go.

Easy to understand

I went to the Trek store in Milan, Italy with my bike to fix a tire. I don't even have a Trek bike. They were very busy but took the time to check out the tire and fix it. I can't thank them enough for helping out a traveling cyclist.
