Easy…I like to get delivery at my local bike shop. When I got on my bike to ride over to pick up the items, I put in a Trek jacket …it is over 20 years old… black with white reflective strips on the back…blocks wind but breathes. Trek quality - I trust it!

Purchase process went well. My only complaint is that this LED light purchase was the third of the same light that your local dealer said was not waterproof and that Florida's humidity causes premature failure.

The place is great, and friendly, and not fake. I have complete confidence in the people who work in this store. They are not showy, are extremely professional, and very helpful. I never was a fanboy of Trek as a brand, but the Electra e-bike I purchased is, in many ways, a mirror of the way this store operates. Nothing overly glamorous (although that, too, may be available there, it's just not blatantly obvious to be that), but it gets the job done efficiently. Obviously there are many months before me to get to know my new e-bike, so things might swerve in another direction, but I really like how things are going so far.
