I purchased the grips online from track because they were discounted and I was looking for something inexpensive for a rebuild that I was doing. The Trek Store was in a nicer part of Henderson and had extremely nice bikes in there . The staff was really helpful and accommodating. I don't have the kind of money it takes to buy a newer Trek Bicycle right now, but when I do I know where I'll be going. Thank you for your service to my family

I was hesitant to complete this survey at 1st as I was having had trouble getting an order for shoes delivered. It had taken much longer than usual and spent a ridiculous amount moving around of time to different facilities in Texas and I have no idea why the shipment even went to Texas in the first place. It even went from one location near my home to another and back to the same location. So I contacted Trek and the rep., Tom, sent out another pair with next day delivery. I have made previous orders without a problem and delivery time has been good.
It is hard to find all the sizes and options for shoes at the Trek store or at least I expect it would be (I didn't shop there to find out since it isn't conveniently located. Maybe I should have). Anyway, I will order again if I need to get a proper size of a particular shoe though I will probably visit the Trek store 1st as I will need to return at least 1 pair. I do like the option of taking returns to the shop rather than having to mail them.
